We are aware that the world is changing and sustainability is becoming the new normal! Maybe we are a small piece in the puzzle but the idea and gesture is big. We work only with msc and asc labels.
Our aim is to process whole fish and as much as possible locally caught or farmed. Of course, fresh and quality is the starting point and we follow the seasons where we do not buy fish species that spawn at that time
